Membership

The cost of becoming a Friend to FoAN is a minimum donation of £15.00 for one year.

Becoming a Friend will help to support the charity's objectives of educating and facilitating professional development for theatre nurses in resource-scarce countries in Africa.

There are different categories of 'Friendship':

A 'member' will receive at least two Newsletters per year to keep you in touch with our progress and activities. This costs £15 per year

We also welcome ‘group membership’. This is open to businesses, church groups or others who have an organisation with a name. Unfortunately, Group Membership is not eligible for Gift Aid. 

If you are a UK Tax Payer, if would be very helpful to the charity if you would ‘Gift Aid’ your membership. You must pay an amount of income tax and or Capital Gains tax at least equal to the tax that the charity reclaims on your donations in the appropriate tax year. This amounts to 25p for each pound you give.

We would be most grateful if you would pay membership by Standing Order, as this is the easiest method for all of us.

Below this are some boxes to fill out before submission. This allows you , again securely, to join as a member using a Standing order and Gift Aid your membership. 

You do not need to use both methods - only the one of your choice!
